OH THAT!

Founding sponsor positions are now open.

OH THAT! FOUNDING PARTNERS

COMMERCE IS GOING LIVE.
PUT YOUR BRAND IN THE ROOM.

OH THAT! is building a new kind of entertainment network: original live shows engineered to turn attention into participation, discovery and commerce.

This is not a logo slapped onto somebody else’s content. Founding partners can own the moments, recurring features and original shows audiences remember.

Founding positions begin at $2,500. Custom production is scoped separately when required.

OH THAT!

On air. Soon.

THE BEHAVIOR IS ALREADY HERE

Live commerce isn’t a future trend.
It’s a present opportunity.

OH THAT! is new. Live shopping is not.

TikTok Shop proves live commerce is moving mainstream. Whatnot proves an entire standalone live-commerce marketplace can become enormous.

  • 120%

Year-over-year growth in us tiktok shop sales reported during 2025

  • $8B

Live sales generated by whatnot sellers in 2025 — more than double the year before

  • 8M+ hours

Of live shopping hosted by brands and creators on tiktok shop in the us during 2024

Sources: TikTok Shop / TikTok Newsroom, TikTok Newsroom (holiday season), and Whatnot 2026 State of Live Selling Report. These figures describe TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and the live-commerce category; they are not forecasts of OH THAT! performance.

In TikTok and GlobalData’s reported shopper research, 83% of surveyed TikTok Shop shoppers said they had discovered a new product on the platform, and 70% said they had discovered a new brand. Among surveyed consumers who engaged with TikTok Shop, 76% said they had purchased from a livestream during the previous year.

The question isn’t whether commerce is becoming entertainment.
It’s who your brand will be standing next to when it does.

WHY LIVE SHOPPING WORKS DIFFERENTLY

A product page can list it.
A good host can make somebody want it.

OH THAT! creates live programming with personality, structure, urgency and a reason to keep watching. Products are not dropped into a feed and left to fend for themselves. They are demonstrated, discussed, challenged, compared, rewarded, revealed and woven into entertainment.

THE SHOW EARNS THE ATTENTION. THE OFFER GIVES IT SOMEWHERE TO GO.

  • Show it

Demonstration replaces guesswork. People can see how a product, service, destination, or experience actually works.

  • Answer it

Real-time questions expose the hesitation that a product page cannot hear—and give the host a chance to resolve it.

  • Humanize it

A host supplies context, personality, judgment, and trust. The seller is no longer an anonymous listing.

  • Make it a moment

Entertainment, discovery, limited availability, and live participation create attention that another static placement has to fight for.

  • Shorten the distance to buy

The demonstration, conversation, offer, and purchase path live together. Interest does not have to survive a scavenger hunt.

MORE THAN ONE SHOW

A LIVE-COMMERCE NETWORK BUILT AROUND PEOPLE WHO CAN SELL.

The network can support OH THAT!-produced programs, approved seller-produced shows, category events, destination programs, brand activations and recurring live-shopping programming.

Participation is curated. Sellers will be approved, commerce will run through the platform, and buyer and seller trust is part of the operating model from the beginning.

  • Hosted discovery

People with the ability to entertain, explain, demonstrate, and hold attention.

  • Curated commerce

Sellers and offers selected because there is something worth discovering and a credible path to fulfillment.

  • Direct action

A clear route from curiosity to product, booking, offer, or purchase while the moment is happening.

OH THAT! ORIGINALS

Don’t sponsor a page.
Own something people watch.

NOT ONE SHOW. A WHOLE LIVE-COMMERCE PROGRAMMING SLATE.

Pick the audience. Pick the entertainment engine. Pick the category. Or tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and we’ll find the right place to start.

Most are individual entertainment properties. A few—marked programming + commerce territory—are broader spaces capable of holding several recurring formats.

A GREAT SPONSOR DOESN’T INTERRUPT THE SHOW.
IT BECOMES PART OF WHY THE SHOW WORKS.

You get the stage.
You don’t have to build the theater.

WHAT YOUR BRAND GETS

  • A defined, contractually documented sponsorship position.
  • Thoughtful integration into a live entertainment property.
  • Brand presence before, during and after the broadcast, according to the selected package.
  • A practical asset set for use across your own channels.
  • Access to agreed performance reporting and post-show learning.
  • A founding association that can remain visible in the show’s archive and history.

WHAT OH THAT! HANDLES

  • Show development and format design.
  • Host, seller and participant coordination.
  • Production planning and broadcast execution.
  • Sponsor-integration creative development.
  • Commerce mechanics and show flow.
  • Audience experience, measurement and wrap reporting.

OH THAT! handles the agreed entertainment, production/platform and integration responsibilities. Sellers, operators, service providers and other partners remain responsible for the obligations belonging to their underlying products and services—including claims, fulfillment, regulated requirements and travel delivery where applicable—unless specifically contracted otherwise.

WE ARE NOT ASKING YOUR TEAM TO BECOME A MARKETPLACE, A PRODUCTION COMPANY OR A CASTING DEPARTMENT. WE ARE ASKING YOU TO PICK THE PART WORTH OWNING.

THREE WAYS IN. ONE PLACE TO GROW.

Own the size of opportunity THAT fits.

01

Own a moment.

From $2,500

Episode, challenge, prize, market or live activation.

For brands that want a sharply defined, memorable entry point without underwriting an entire property.

Typical inclusions

  • One named sponsored moment or episode-level activation.
  • Sponsor identification within the agreed show placement.
  • One pre-show and one post-show social asset or equivalent agreed promotion.
  • Brand-supplied offer, prize or product integration when appropriate.
  • Post-activation recap with delivered assets and available performance data.

02

The most flexible

Own a feature.

From $7,500

Recurring game, segment, category, transformation, reveal or audience mechanic.

For brands that want repetition, stronger association and an integration audiences can learn to recognize.

Typical inclusions

  • Naming association with one recurring feature across an agreed run.
  • Integrated host mentions and show graphics.
  • Sponsor presence across the feature’s promotional and replay assets.
  • A co-developed participation, offer, prize or commerce mechanic where appropriate.
  • A reusable short-form content package derived from the feature.
  • Post-run recap with delivered assets, learnings and available performance data.

03

Own the show.

From $15,000

Founding association with an OH THAT! Original.

For a category-defining partner that wants the strongest available relationship with a full entertainment property.

Typical inclusions

  • Prominent “presented by” or equivalent founding-show association for the contracted term.
  • First-position integration planning across the show’s run.
  • Agreed category exclusivity, subject to contract.
  • Presence across launch, live, replay and show-page assets included in scope.
  • A larger reusable content and still-image package.
  • A sponsor strategy session before launch and a full post-run review.
  • The Founder’s Dividend.

Individual properties may also offer native positions such as Own a Game, Own the Table, Own a Journey, Own the Night, Own a Category or Own the Territory. Availability and scope vary by property.

NEED SOMETHING BETWEEN THE LINES? GOOD. THE BEST INTEGRATIONS USUALLY START WITH A CONVERSATION, NOT A RATE CARD.

FOR THE PARTNERS WHO GO FIRST

The founder’s dividend.

Going first should be worth something.

Every qualifying founding-show partner receives a set of advantages designed to preserve the value of being early—without pretending we can guarantee the size of the audience or the future of the platform.

  • 1

    Your place in the history.

Permanent founding-partner recognition on the applicable show page and archive for as long as that property remains published by OH THAT!, subject to brand-safety and contract terms.

  • 2

    First look. First decision.

An eligible Own the Show Founding Presenting Partner gets first right of refusal on the next Presenting Partner term for that property before it is offered more broadly—subject to a defined response window, final agreement, category conflicts and applicable exclusivity terms.

  • 3

    Founding-rate protection.

The option to renew the same defined position at the founding base rate for the next agreed term only, provided scope is materially unchanged and the renewal deadline is met. Pass-through production costs and materially expanded scope may change. Any benefit beyond that next term requires a separate written agreement.

  • 4

    No double-paying to go bigger.

If the partner upgrades from a Moment or Feature to an eligible larger founding position within the same agreed campaign window, its base sponsorship payment is credited toward the upgrade. Custom production and third-party costs are excluded unless stated otherwise.

As a property grows, its sponsorship value may grow with it. Founding benefits reward the brands that came first without permanently locking the property to launch pricing.

Founding recognition can be permanent. Commercial advantages apply only as defined in the applicable partnership term—no lifetime pricing, perpetual discounts, permanent exclusivity, indefinite right of first refusal or permanent control. The Founder’s Dividend is not equity, profit share, a cash return or a guarantee of future inventory.

This should still be a smart experiment before it becomes a big one.

We are not asking a founding partner to pay for imaginary reach.

The first value is what gets made: a defined integration, a live entertainment asset, useful brand content, category learning, commerce insight and a position attached to a property built to continue.

If OH THAT! grows quickly, the founding association becomes more valuable. If growth takes longer, the partner should still leave with delivered work, usable assets, real learning and a clear record of what happened.

INTEGRATION + PRODUCTION + CONTENT + LEARNING + FOUNDING OPTIONALITY

= A BET WORTH MAKING EARLY

NO FAIRY DUST. NO MYSTERY MATH.

What we can guarantee.
And what nobody honest can.

WE CAN GUARANTEE

  • The agreed deliverables will be documented before work begins.
  • If OH THAT! fails to deliver a committed asset or placement, the contract will specify a reasonable make-good, credit or proportionate refund.
  • If a contracted show is canceled or materially delayed, the partner may move its investment to an agreed replacement opportunity or receive the remedy defined in the agreement.
  • Brand approvals, integration boundaries and category protection will be documented where applicable.
  • Delivered placements, assets and available results will be summarized after the activation.
  • Material sponsor claims will not be published without the agreed approval process.

WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE

  • A specific audience size unless explicitly purchased through a separately documented paid-media plan.
  • Sales, ROI, GMV, leads, press coverage or virality.
  • A future valuation, network footprint, celebrity participant or distribution partner.
  • Exclusivity beyond the category, term and property stated in the signed agreement.
  • That every creative idea survives production, legal, platform, talent or brand-safety review unchanged.

WE WOULD RATHER MAKE A PRECISE PROMISE AND KEEP IT THAN SELL A SPECTACULAR ONE NOBODY CAN CONTROL.

Make the show. Measure the work.

WE’LL GIVE IT TO YOU STRAIGHT.

Straight real answers.

Yes, where the property supports it. OH THAT! AFTER DARK and BETTER are programming and commerce territories capable of holding several recurring formats, so a partner can discuss a territory-level relationship instead of a single show. Scope, term and exclusivity are defined in the agreement.

Often, yes. Beyond the universal ladder, individual properties may offer native positions such as Own a Game, Own the Table, Own a Journey, Own the Night, Own a Category or Own the Territory. Availability and scope vary by property.

Potentially. Products, services, memberships and experiences can be integrated where the format genuinely supports them. Fit, inventory, offer mechanics, fulfillment, claims and customer experience are approved separately, and sponsorship alone does not guarantee inclusion.

Yes. That is exactly why the ladder exists. Eligible base sponsorship payments may also be credited toward a larger founding upgrade when the upgrade happens within the agreed campaign window.

No. Hosts, participants and audiences respond honestly, and no sponsorship buys a promised reaction, editorial conclusion, result, sales figure or ROI. What is guaranteed is the documented deliverables, placements and process.

No. OH THAT! is in its founding stage. The opportunity is to help establish original properties early and receive concrete production, integration, content and founding advantages in return. Any audience or distribution commitments included in a proposal will be stated specifically.

They are integrated sponsorship positions. A proposal will separate the base position from unusual custom production, talent, travel, fabrication, paid media, prize, fulfillment or third-party costs when those apply.

It means the position has a base entry price, while the final investment depends on the number of episodes, production complexity, exclusivity, content deliverables, usage rights and other agreed scope.

Only when it is expressly included in the signed scope. Exclusivity must name the category, property and term; it is never implied across the entire OH THAT! network.

OH THAT! retains ownership of its show names, formats, network identity and underlying intellectual property unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Sponsors receive the association, placements, assets and usage rights defined in their agreement.

Each proposal will state what the sponsor may use, where it may use it, for how long, whether paid media is included, and what approvals or talent restrictions apply.

The agreement will define rescheduling, replacement inventory, credit and refund remedies before funds are committed.

No. It is not equity, profit share, interest or a promised cash payment. It is the recognition, renewal priority, rate protection and eligible upgrade credit stated in the signed agreement.

You can buy another logo placement.
Or you can help build the thing people came to watch.

Founding positions begin from $2,500. The right brand could own the show, own the moment, own the category—or help build an entire territory.
