For sellers
THE STANDARDS.
Last updated August 29, 2026.
Live selling only works if people trust what they see. These are the standards we hold sellers to. They are written to be readable, not to be scary — most of it is “tell the truth and ship the thing.”
Be honest about the product
- Describe condition accurately: new, used, vintage, repaired, altered, or one-of-a-kind.
- Do not misrepresent brand, designer, materials, age, origin, edition size, or authenticity.
- Disclose flaws, wear, damage, and repairs before someone buys.
- Show the actual item you are selling, not a stock photo of a nicer one.
- Do not make health, medical, safety, or performance claims you cannot support.
Have the inventory you say you have
- Only offer what you actually have on hand or can reliably produce in the time you state.
- Give accurate quantities. Do not create false scarcity or fake sell-outs.
- Tell us in advance if something is made to order, and how long it takes.
Price and pay honestly
- No fake “original” prices or invented discounts.
- State shipping expectations clearly, including anything you cannot ship.
- Do not ask buyers to pay you off-platform, and do not steer buyers away to avoid fees.
Ship it, and stand behind it
- Pack carefully and ship within the window you committed to.
- Provide tracking where it is available.
- Handle problems, damage, and returns like a professional, on the terms disclosed at the time of sale.
- Answer buyer questions in a reasonable time.
Show up like a professional on air
- Be on time and prepared for a scheduled show.
- No harassment, slurs, or degrading treatment of viewers, other sellers, or hosts.
- No selling under the influence in a way that affects your ability to represent the product accurately.
- Keep content appropriate for the channel you are on. Adult material belongs only in a channel we have specifically designated and gated for adults.
- Identity is never an adult category. Being queer, trans, or visibly yourself is not adult content.
Follow the law where you operate
You are responsible for the legality of what you sell and for your own business obligations, including any licenses, product-safety requirements, labeling requirements, import and export rules, and taxes that apply to you. If a product is regulated where you are, that is your responsibility to know.
Prohibited items
These may not be sold or promoted on OH THAT!:
- Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods, and unauthorized copies of someone else’s art or design.
- Stolen property, or items you cannot show you have the right to sell.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
- Prescription medication, medical devices requiring a prescription, and unapproved medical treatments.
- Products marketed as curing, treating, or preventing disease, and any conversion-therapy product or service.
- Tobacco, nicotine, and vaping products.
- Alcohol, unless and until we specifically enable licensed alcohol sales.
- Live animals and prohibited animal products, including ivory and protected species.
- Human remains and body parts.
- Hazardous materials, recalled products, and items subject to a safety recall.
- Financial instruments, currency, cryptocurrency, gift-card balances, and investment offerings.
- Personal data, account credentials, followers, likes, or engagement.
- Hate materials, extremist propaganda, and items that promote violence or discrimination.
- Child sexual abuse material and any sexualized content involving minors — reported, always.
- Sexually explicit material outside a channel we have specifically designated and gated for adults.
- Anything whose sale is illegal where the seller or the buyer is located.
This list will grow as the marketplace does. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you plan a show around it.
Intellectual property
Sell your own work, or work you have the right to sell. Do not use someone else’s photos, artwork, music, logos, or copy without permission. Claims of infringement are handled under our Copyright & Trademark Notice.
How we enforce this
Depending on what happened, we may ask you to correct a listing, remove an item, pause a scheduled show, decline an application, or end a seller relationship. Repeated dishonesty about products, or anything that puts buyers at risk, will not get a third chance. We will tell you what the issue is, and you can respond.
This is not a seller contract yet
These standards describe our expectations during pre-launch. The binding seller agreement, including fees, payouts, returns handling, and liability, will be provided separately before any seller transacts on the platform.
Ready anyway?
If none of the above scared you off, you are probably exactly who we are looking for.
