Accessibility
EVERYONE GETS A SEAT.
Last updated August 29, 2026. OH THAT! is operated by FranklinAlexander Ventures, LLC.
A show nobody can follow is not a show. FranklinAlexander Ventures, LLC is building OH THAT! so that people who use screen readers, keyboards, captions, magnification, or reduced motion can watch, shop, and apply alongside everyone else.
Our commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building each page, not a cleanup task afterward.
What we do today
- Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated by structure.
- Keyboard access to every interactive control, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls tested for contrast against their backgrounds.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images marked as decorative.
- Form fields with visible, programmatically associated labels, plus clear error and confirmation messages.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling from large desktop widths down to small phones, and that tolerate zoom and enlarged text.
- Respect for the operating-system reduced-motion setting.
Live video, captions, and audio description
Live shopping is a video product, so accessibility has to include the video. Our intent for launch programming is:
- captions for live shows, with the accuracy of live captioning improving over time;
- captions on recorded and replay video;
- spoken description of what is on screen — price, product, and key details said out loud by the host, not only shown on a graphic;
- product pages that carry the same information in text so nobody has to watch video to buy.
These are commitments about how we plan to produce shows. They are not a claim that a launched feature already exists today.
Known limitations
- This is a pre-launch site and pages are still changing; some newer sections have had less assistive-technology testing than others.
- Automated live captions can misrecognize names, brands, and slang.
- Some third-party content, such as embedded social posts or partner materials, is outside our control and may be less accessible than our own pages.
- Uploaded seller images may lack descriptive alternative text until we review them.
Ongoing testing
We test with keyboard navigation, browser zoom, and screen-reader review, and we check contrast and reflow across common screen sizes. We plan to expand testing, including feedback from disabled users, as the product grows.
Tell us what is broken
If something on this site blocks you, please tell us. Use the Contact & Support page and choose “Accessibility.” Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you can.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to tell you what we can fix and when. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer another way to get the same information or complete the same task.
Formal complaints and updates
You may also send a formal accessibility complaint through the same contact form; it will be routed to the people responsible for accessibility at FranklinAlexander Ventures, LLC. This statement will be updated as our product, testing, and known limitations change.
