FAQ
ASK US ANYTHING.
For sellers
A global live-shopping and product-discovery platform. We curate remarkable products and present them through fast-moving live shows hosted by trained, paid talent.
Brands, makers, artists, artisans, designers, hotels and experience operators with something genuinely remarkable. Curation is by product, not company size.
No. OH THAT! is gay-owned and gay-operated, and open to everyone. We do actively want LGBTQ+-owned businesses on our stage.
Independent art, artisan goods, design, jewelry, beauty and grooming, home, food, travel and experiences, hotels, limited editions, and established brands with interesting launches — plus things we haven't thought of yet.
Yes. An artist with 15 signed pieces can be every bit as interesting as a brand with 15,000 units. Scarcity can be an advantage.
We review submissions for product remarkability, story, live-demonstration potential and readiness to fulfil. Founding-seller review is happening now.
A host presents your product live, demonstrates it, tells its story and asks for the sale. Shows move fast and are merchandised around specific offers.
Trained OH THAT! hosts from our roster — performers, comedians, creators, presenters and retail naturals. We match hosts to products.

Nothing is for sale yet, so here is exactly what we are committing to before anything is.
- Every seller is reviewed against published seller standards before going live.
- Return, refund and shipping terms will be visible before you buy — not after.
- Who ships your order, and who to contact if it goes wrong, will be stated up front.
- Where a drop supports an LGBTQ+ organization, the contribution is disclosed before you buy.
- What is paid, sponsored or commercial is labeled as such.
- Payments will be handled by an established payment provider; we will name it here before checkout opens.
