How to read the status labels

RATIFIED / APPROVED identifies founder-directed business and operating decisions. WORKING / PILOT identifies provisions awaiting specific confirmation, including the proposed variable-compensation mechanics. UNRESOLVED identifies an item still to be settled. LEGAL / PAYROLL REVIEW REQUIRED means implementation requires professional review; publication does not represent that review as complete.

The $100 fee applies to completed eligible regular show assignments. We are casting and developing the bench now while Ken hosts the launch; there is no guaranteed immediate booking schedule. Training and other commitments have disclosed scope and compensation terms before participation.

Exact payment dates, cancellation treatment, and certain accounting definitions remain pending. They must be resolved in the applicable written terms before affected paid bookings. A published policy is not a signed engagement.

The internal Live Show Continuity Runbook and decision/source register are maintained in the staff policy package. The standalone PDFs retain master page numbers for consistent reference.
