WHAT'S PAID, AND WHO PAID.

Brands can pay to sponsor launch programming and segments. When a show, segment, or page is sponsored, it will be labeled as sponsored or presented by that brand where it appears — not buried in a footnote. Paying to sponsor does not buy editorial control over what a host says, and it does not turn a sponsor into an endorsement by OH THAT! of every product that sponsor sells.

Sellers on OH THAT! are independent parties who sell their own products. When OH THAT! earns money from a sale, that is a commercial relationship, and we say so. We do not present a paid seller placement as an independent editorial pick.

Specific commission rates, fees, and seller terms will be published in seller-facing documents before any transaction capability launches. They are not being represented here.

Hosts and on-air talent may be compensated by OH THAT!, including in ways connected to sales performance. Where a host has a personal financial interest in a product beyond normal compensation — for example, they own the brand — that will be disclosed on air or on the page.

We do not currently run affiliate links or third-party advertising on this site. If we add affiliate links, they will be labeled where they appear and this page will be updated first.

• Any testimonial or review we publish will reflect a real person’s actual experience, and we will disclose if the person was compensated or received a free product.
• We will not fabricate reviews, buy fake engagement, or present staged enthusiasm as an independent opinion.
• Host enthusiasm is entertainment. Product claims still have to be accurate.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they say about their products, including materials, origin, authenticity, condition, sizing, and any health, safety, or performance claim. OH THAT! does not independently test or certify products unless we specifically say we did. Nothing on this site is a health, medical, financial, or legal claim.

Eligible OH THAT! drops are designed to support LGBTQ+ organizations doing meaningful work around the world — with the contribution disclosed before you buy. Where a drop includes a contribution, we intend to state which organization benefits and what the contribution is, on the page where you buy. Not every drop will include a contribution, and a drop without one will not be presented as if it does.

We are not currently soliciting charitable donations, and buying nothing on this site results in a donation, because nothing is for sale yet.

Descriptions of planned shows, launch dates, features, audience, and reach are goals, not guarantees. OH THAT! is pre-launch, and nothing here promises income, sales results, audience size, or investment returns to any seller, host, sponsor, or partner.
