Participating organizations receive proceeds from their fundraising activity subject to applicable platform, payment-processing and disclosed transaction costs. Auction functionality, payment availability and participation are subject to seller eligibility, organization type, jurisdiction and current platform/payment requirements.

Initial fundraising participation is focused on eligible U.S.-based organizations. Additional countries may be added as payment, auction and regulatory availability is confirmed. There is no fee to bid, and winning purchases settle through the approved marketplace and payment flow.

Participating organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, donor approvals, auction-item terms, disclosures and fulfillment.

OH THAT! is a for-profit company, not a nonprofit or charity. We make no promise of tax deductibility and do not claim that all proceeds go to charity.
